Dormer Pramet R467 13/32 Inch CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 13/32 inch carbide drill is engineered for high‑demand drilling in stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. It starts precisely with a 140° four‑facet split point for self‑centering starts and reduced push force, and its TiAlN coating helps extend tool life in tough materials.

Designed as a short‑series tool with a stepped shank (DIN 6537 K) for reliable seating in a range of holders, it also leverages a CTW flute design and coolant feed to support higher cutting speeds and feeds. The premium carbide core is optimized for stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys, delivering clean, accurate holes.

• Self-centering 140° four-facet split point: Starts holes true with less wandering and reduced pushing force, improving first‑pass accuracy in stainless steels and hard alloys.
• TiAlN coating for extended tool life: Reduces wear and heat buildup, delivering longer life and steadier performance when drilling tough materials.
• CTW flute design with coolant feed: Provides increased strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds for faster material removal while maintaining precision.

With its robust carbide core and optimized geometry, this drill delivers precise, high‑quality holes with H9 tolerance even at elevated speeds and feeds. The tool’s durability, fast material removal, and reliable shank engagement help streamline setup, reduce downtime, and improve overall hole quality in demanding applications—from prototype work to production runs.
