Dormer Pramet R467 6.05 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 6.05 mm carbide drill is engineered for precision work in stainless steel and other hard alloys. With a 140-degree, four-facet split point and a Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating, it delivers self-centering starts and extended tool life. The DIN 6537 K shank ensures secure, repeatable mounting in a wide range of holders.

Designed for professionals across engineering, fabrication, and hobbyist workshops, this high-performance drill maintains hole quality at higher speeds and feeds, and is capable of producing high-quality and accurate holes even at high speeds and feeds (H9 hole tolerance).

• Self-centering split point: 140-degree, four-facet tip starts true on contact, reduces push force, and minimizes wandering for clean, accurate holes.
• TiAlN coating for longer life: protects the carbide against wear, boosting durability and performance when drilling stainless steel and other hard materials.
• CTW flute design with coolant feed: increases drill strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds without sacrificing hole quality.

This combination of premium carbide, protective coating, and optimized geometry translates into faster, more reliable drilling with fewer tool changes and consistent hole quality across a range of demanding applications.
