Dormer Pramet R467 9.50 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 9.50 mm carbide drill is built for professionals who need reliable, high‑quality holes in stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. With a 9.50 mm diameter, this DIN 6537 K short‑series tool uses a stepped FORCE‑M shank for secure, stable performance in tight workspaces, delivering precise results with confidence.

Equipped with a 140‑degree four‑facet split point, a Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating, and a CTW flute design with coolant feed, this drill tackles tough materials with reduced thrust, longer life, and improved heat management—so you can push cutting speeds and feeds without sacrificing hole quality.

• Self‑Centering 140° 4‑Facet Point: Starts holes cleanly with less wandering and lower thrust, guiding the drill to the exact location and delivering accurate entry every time.
• TiAlN Coating for Longer Tool Life: Improves wear resistance and heat tolerance, extending drill life when piercing stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys, reducing downtime from tool changes.
• CTW Flute Design with Coolant Feed: Optimizes chip evacuation and allows higher speeds and feeds while maintaining strength and stability for consistent hole quality in challenging materials.

This combination of a precise starting point, durable coating, and robust flute geometry helps you achieve repeatable, high‑quality holes with less effort. The R467’s short, stepped shank and versatile performance make it a dependable choice for demanding drilling tasks, helping you improve workflow, reduce downtime, and consistently meet H9 hole tolerance in stainless steel and other tough alloys.
