Dormer Pramet R467 7.70 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 7.70 mm carbide drill is a high-performance tool designed for demanding materials like stainless steel and other heat-resistant alloys. Its 140-degree four-facet split point helps with self-centering and reduces the push force required to start the hole, delivering cleaner starts and more consistent results right from the first cut.

• 140° Split Point for Precise Starts: Self-centering geometry minimizes wandering and starts holes cleanly, reducing the need for pilot drilling and improving first-pass accuracy.
• Premium Carbide with TiAlN Coating: Built for durability and long life, the coating increases wear resistance and maintains sharpness when drilling hard materials like stainless steel and alloys.
• Special Flute Design with Coolant Feed: Enhanced rigidity and chip evacuation enable higher cutting speeds and feeds, boosting productivity while maintaining smooth, reliable performance.

Built around a short X3D platform with a stepped shank and a DIN 6537 K interface, this drill integrates smoothly with standard holders and tooling setups. It delivers high-quality, accurate holes even at elevated speeds and feeds, achieving tight tolerance (H9) consistently across applications. Whether you're tackling production runs, precision fabrication, or ambitious DIY projects, the R467 offers dependable performance, reduced downtime, and confidence with every hole.
