Dormer Pramet R467 6.80 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 6.80 mm carbide drill is built for high-precision holemaking in stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. With its short shank and DIN 6537 K geometry, it’s ideal for machines and setups where clearance is tight. The combination of a self‑centering point, durable coating, and advanced flute design helps you start holes cleanly and cut with confidence at productive speeds.

Designed to deliver speed, accuracy, and long life, this drill uses a 140° four‑facet split point to self‑center and reduce push force, a TiAlN coating to extend life on hard materials, and a flute design with coolant feed that strengthens the tool and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds.

• 140° Four‑Facet Split Point: Self‑centering entry with reduced push force, delivering cleaner starts and more precise hole placement.
• TiAlN Coating for Longer Life: Enhanced wear resistance on stainless steel and hard alloys, reducing tool changes and extending usable life.
• Special Flute Design with Coolant Feed: Increased tool strength and ability to run at higher speeds and feeds, with improved chip evacuation for smoother drilling.

This high‑performance drill produces high‑quality, accurate holes (h9 tolerance) even at elevated speeds and feeds. The short‑series shank design fits tight work envelopes and standard DIN 6537 K holders, enabling reliable, repeatable results across demanding applications while helping you speed up workflows and minimize downtime.
