Dormer Pramet R467 14.25 Inch CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 14.25 inch carbide drill with FORCE-M stepped shank is built for durability and precision in demanding metalworking tasks. Designed for engineers, fabricators, tradespeople, and serious hobbyists, it delivers reliable performance when drilling stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. The short-series, DIN 6537 K shank ensures compatible, secure mounting on a wide range of tool holders.

Designed to start quickly and stay on target, this drill features a 140° four-facet split point for self‑centering and reduced push force at startup, a Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating that extends tool life, and a CTW flute design with coolant feed that supports higher cutting speeds and feeds. Together, these elements deliver consistent results even in challenging materials.

• 140° four-facet split point: Self-centering start that minimizes wandering and reduces the initial push force for cleaner holes from the first cut.
• TiAlN coating: Increases service life and maintains performance when drilling stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys, helping you get more holes per tool.
• Premium carbide material with CTW flute design and coolant feed: Combines high strength with efficient chip evacuation, enabling higher speeds and feeds while preserving hole quality in tough materials.

This combination provides dependable, high‑quality results with every job—helping you finish projects faster, reduce rework, and enjoy consistent hole accuracy across challenging stainless steels and super‑alloy materials.
