Dormer Pramet R467 3.90 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 3.90 mm carbide drill is a precision cutting tool designed for stainless steel and other heat-resistant alloys. Part of the short-series (X3D) with a DIN 6537 K shank, it delivers reliable, repeatable holes in demanding materials.

Featuring a 140° four-facet split point for quick self-centering and reduced push force, plus a TiAlN coating to extend tool life and improve performance on hard materials, this drill is built for tough jobs. The special CTW flute design with coolant feed adds strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds without sacrificing control.

• Self-Centering 140° Four-Facet Split Point: The 140-degree point and four facets help the drill start precisely and reduce resistance, producing clean holes with less effort.
• TiAlN Coating for Longer Tool Life: Titanium Aluminium Nitride coating increases service life and improves performance when drilling harder materials.
• CTW Flute Design with Coolant Feed for Higher Speeds: The CTW flute design, combined with coolant delivery, provides increased strength and lets you work at higher cutting speeds and feeds for efficient drilling.

Designed for high-precision results in stainless steel and similar alloys, the R467 delivers consistent hole quality with H9 tolerance even at higher speeds and feeds. Its premium carbide construction and protective coating reduce downtime, extend tool life, and give you dependable performance across demanding applications—from fabrication shops to production lines.
