Dormer Pramet R467 9.60 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 9.60 mm carbide drill is built for reliable, high-precision hole making in stainless steel and other heat‑resistant materials. Designed for engineers, machinists, and serious hobbyists who demand consistent performance, it delivers clean, accurate holes with every cut.

With a DIN 6537 K stepped shank and advanced coating, this drill combines self-centering starts, longer tool life, and the ability to run higher speeds and feeds without sacrificing accuracy. The 140° four‑facet split point aids quick, true starts, while the TiAlN coating helps the bit stand up to demanding materials.

• 140° 4‑Facet Split Point for Self‑Centering: Promotes an instant, true start with less push force, reducing wandering and chatter for cleaner holes and more repeatable results.
• TiAlN Coating on Premium Carbide: Extends tool life and improves performance when drilling stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys, delivering durable cutting edges and steadier accuracy over time.
• CTW Flute Design with Coolant Feed for High Speed: Provides increased strength, enables higher cutting speeds and feeds, and promotes efficient chip evacuation to maintain hole quality and reduce heat buildup (achieving high-precision holes within h9 tolerance).

Designed to boost productivity, this drill minimizes downtime and rework while delivering consistent, high‑quality holes from the first cut to the last. Its robust carbide core, coating, and optimized flute/coolant system make it a dependable choice for stainless steel and other demanding materials, ensuring reliable performance in professional shops and advanced workshops alike.
