Dormer Pramet R467 14.50 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-M STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R467 14.50 mm carbide TiAlN drill is a high-performance tool designed for professionals and serious hobbyists working with stainless steel and other heat‑resistant alloys. With a stepped shank and a DIN 6537 K designation, it’s built for secure mounting in compact rigs while delivering precise, repeatable holes at a 14.50 mm diameter.

• 140° 4‑Facet split point: Self‑centering starting helps you locate the hole quickly and reduces push force, improving first‑cut accuracy and minimizing drift.
• TiAlN coated premium carbide: The coating extends tool life and enhances performance when drilling hard materials like stainless steel and high‑temperature alloys, delivering more holes per edge.
• CTW flute design with coolant feed: Provides added strength to the drill body and supports higher speeds and feeds, while efficient coolant delivery improves chip evacuation and cooling for cleaner holes.

This drill is engineered to produce high‑quality, accurate holes (within h9 tolerance) at higher speeds, reducing downtime and boosting productivity across demanding projects. The combination of durable carbide, protective TiAlN coating, and a optimized flute/coolant system helps you achieve reliable results with less effort, whether you’re stamping out parts on a production line or finishing a precision job at the bench.
