Description
BaerCoil BSF thread insert in a 3/16" diameter with 32 TPI is a stainless steel reinforcement designed to deliver durable, high-strength threads in demanding assemblies. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, it combines corrosion resistance with robust load handling for long-term reliability.
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (austenitic chromium-nickel) with tensile strength ≥ 1400 N/mm2
- Size & Thread: BSF, 3/16" diameter, 32 TPI
- Cross-Section: Rhombic profile achieved by cold-formed swaging for maximum engagement and efficient space use
- Embedment Depth: Recommended installation depth of 2 × D for secure, lasting threads
- Performance: Superior wear resistance, thread abrasion resistance, and corrosion/heat resistance compared with standard single-screw connections

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
