Description
BaerCoil BSF thread insert in 1-1/4 inch diameter and 9 TPI is a stainless steel solution designed to create durable, repairable internal threads in British Standard Fine applications. Crafted from AISI 304 stainless steel, it blends high strength with excellent corrosion resistance for demanding metalworking projects.
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (austenitic chromium-nickel steel) with robust tensile strength for reliable internal threads.
- Cross-Section & Forming: Rhombic cross-section achieved by cold-form swaging to maximize thread engagement and efficient use of space.
- Size & Thread: BSF standard, 1-1/4 in diameter with 9 threads per inch, suitable for British Standard Fine holes.
- Performance Benefits: Enhanced wear resistance, improved thread abrasion resistance, better surface finish, and superior corrosion and heat tolerance compared with typical screw connections.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
