BaerCoil BSF Thread Insert 9/16 x 16 — 3xD is a precision stainless steel reinforcement designed to restore and strengthen BSF threaded holes in metal components. Built for durability and reliable performance, it’s a smart choice for engineers, machinists, and maintenance teams tackling demanding fastening applications.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm².
- Cross‑section & forming: Swaged cold‑formed rhombic cross‑section to maximize bite, even load distribution, and efficient use of space inside the hole.
- Thread specification: BSF thread form with 9/16" diameter and 16 TPI for a robust, long‑lasting engagement.
- Insertion depth: Designed as a 3xD length insert to ensure secure, wear‑resistant threads in worn or drilled holes.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.

- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
