Description
BaerCoil BSF thread insert for 3/8 x 20, 3X D length delivers a robust, wear‑resistant internal thread designed for high‑demand assemblies. Crafted from corrosion‑resistant stainless steel, it ensures durable performance in challenging environments.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2 for long‑lasting reliability.
- Cross‑Section Geometry: Rhombic profile created by cold‑form swaging to maximize thread engagement and efficient use of space.
- Size and Thread: BSF thread insert in 3/8 x 20, with a length of 3X D for deeper, stronger engagement.
- Wear and Corrosion Resistance: Superior wear resistance and reduced thread abrasion, plus excellent corrosion and heat resistance compared with conventional screw connections.
- Finish and Fit: Engineered surface finish supports smooth seating and dependable performance in assembly.
BaerCoil inserts are ideal for repairing damaged threads or creating durable internal threads where high load, vibration, or harsh operating conditions are present. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
