BaerCoil BSF thread insert in 7/16-18 with a 2.5xD length delivers stronger, durable threaded joints in demanding metal assemblies. Designed for engineers, machinists, and maintenance professionals, it provides reliable performance in stainless steel environments.
- Thread size and length: 7/16-18 BSF with a length of 2.5 times the nominal diameter (2.5xD)
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304), minimum tensile strength ≥ 1400 N/mm2
- Cross-section: Rhombic cross-section formed by cold‑form swaging for optimum engagement and space efficiency
- Wear, corrosion, and heat resistance: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, improved surface finish, and enhanced corrosion and heat tolerance compared with typical single-screw connections
- Manufacturing process: Cold-form swaging ensures consistent dimensions and secure grip across the full length

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
