Description
BaerCoil BSF thread insert for a 5/16-22 thread provides a durable, corrosion-resistant solution for repairing or reinforcing threaded holes in metal. Designed for machinists, engineers, and maintenance technicians, it delivers a secure, long-lasting screw connection in demanding environments.
- Size and length: BSF 5/16-22 thread insert with a length of 2.5 times the diameter (2.5xD) for robust engagement.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a tensile strength of at least 1400 N/mm2 for lasting performance.
- Cross‑section design: Rhombic cross-section achieved by cold-form swaging to maximize thread contact and efficient use of space inside the hole.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
