Description
BaerCoil BSF thread inserts in 5/16 x 22 with a 3X D installation depth deliver a rugged, corrosion-resistant solution for reinforcing or repairing threads in metal components. Built for engineers and technicians who demand durable, reliable fastener performance in demanding environments.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm2.
- Cross-Section: Rhombic profile achieved through cold-form swaging for even load distribution and maximum hole utilization.
- Dimensions: BSF thread insert sized 5/16 x 22 with 3XD installation depth.
- Wear and Corrosion Resistance: Superior resistance to wear, thread abrasion, and corrosion, plus enhanced surface finish and heat tolerance compared with standard single-screw connections.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
