Description
BaerCoil BSF thread inserts are precision-engineered stainless steel fasteners designed to reinforce BSF threads in tight spaces. Made from austenitic chromium-nickel steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm², they deliver durable, reliable joints in demanding environments.
- Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (austenitic chromium-nickel) with tensile strength ≥ 1400 N/mm² for robust, corrosion-resistant performance.
- Cross-section: Cold-formed swaged rhombic profile to maximize thread engagement and make the most of available space.
- Thread type and size: BSF thread insert designed for the specific size (1 x 10) with a length of 1.5 times the diameter (1.5 × D) to ensure secure, long-lasting threads.
- Manufacturing precision: Rhombic cross-section and tight tolerances contribute to consistent fit and predictable load distribution across the joint.
- Performance: Superior wear resistance, reduced thread abrasion, smoother surface finish, and enhanced corrosion and heat resistance compared with standard screw connections.
These BaerCoil inserts are ideal for BSF-threaded assemblies in applications where longevity and reliability matter—industrial machinery, automotive components, equipment housings, and other demanding environments. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
