Description
BaerCoil BSF thread inserts are high-strength stainless steel coils designed to restore and reinforce threads in soft or worn holes. Sized BSF 7/8 x 11 with a 3×D length, they deliver durable, reliable joints in demanding applications.
- Material: Austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel (AISI 304) with a minimum tensile strength of 1400 N/mm².
- Cross‑Section: Rhombic profile achieved by cold‑form swaging for maximum thread engagement and efficient space use.
- Size & Length: BSF 7/8 x 11 thread, length 3×D for robust engagement and increased load capacity.
- Corrosion & Heat Resistance: Stainless construction offers excellent corrosion resistance and stability under heat.
- Manufacturing Precision: Cold‑form swage ensures uniform coil shape and reliable, consistent performance across inserts.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
