Description

140° 4‑facet split point: Ensures self-centering starts and reduces thrust during hole initiation, helping you begin holes smoothly with less effort.
TiAlN coating for longer life: The titanium aluminium nitride coating reduces wear and heat buildup, extending tool life and sustaining performance on tougher materials.
CTW flute design with coolant feed: Optimized flute geometry paired with integrated coolant delivery provides greater strength, enables higher speeds and feeds, and produces cleaner, more accurate holes.

Built around a premium carbide core, the R459 is designed for high-quality results across common metals while supporting efficient workflows. It delivers reliable performance at high speeds and feeds, achieving accurate holes within h9 tolerance and helping you reduce downtime on production runs or complex projects.
