Description

This high-performance drill combines a premium carbide core with a Titanium Aluminium Nitride (TiAlN) coating to extend tool life and maintain cutting efficiency across steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. The CTW flute design with an integrated coolant feed supports higher speeds and feeds while delivering strong performance in demanding applications.

140° four‑facet split point for self‑centering: Reduces wandering at entry and lowers starting resistance, helping you achieve straight, accurate holes from the first cut.
TiAlN-coated premium carbide: Delivers longer tool life and improved wear resistance when drilling harder materials, reducing tool changes and downtime.
CTW flute design with coolant feed: Enhances strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds, while improving chip evacuation for cleaner holes and steadier performance.

By combining precise starting geometry, a hard-wearing coating, and advanced flute design, this drill supports fast, reliable machining with tight tolerances (h9 level) across steel, aluminum, and stainless applications. It helps you maintain productivity, reduce rework, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
