Description

Its long-series stepped shank (X8D) and a 140° four-facet split point help start the hole accurately and reduce push force, while the CTW flute design with coolant feed increases strength and enables higher cutting speeds and feeds for faster production. Designed for high-quality holes with h9 tolerance.

Self-Centering 140° 4-Facet Split Point: Quickly starts the hole at the exact center and reduces thrust, minimizing wander for clean entry and precise first-pass holes.
TiAlN Coating for Longer Life: Titanium Aluminium Nitride coating reduces wear and heat buildup, extending tool life and maintaining sharp performance when drilling harder materials.
CTW Flute Design with Coolant Feed: The reinforced flute design and integrated coolant delivery provide stronger cutting action at higher speeds and feeds while delivering efficient chip evacuation for smoother holes.

This combination translates to fewer tool changes, less downtime, and consistently reliable results across a range of materials, helping you finish jobs faster with confidence.
