The Y.T. 3TS Indexable T-Slot Cutter (Part 3T2580-R6) is a metric milling tool engineered for precise T-slot generation in industrial machining operations. Built for workshops modernizing from solid-carbide or welded blades to modular indexing systems, it combines rigid hub alignment with rapid insert rotation to maintain steady production cycles.
- Cutter Diameter: 80 mm saw profile designed for balanced cutting forces and efficient chip load distribution
- Insert Compatibility: Compatible with standard 8 mm wide SNGX and SNGW indexable inserts for flexible carbide grade selection
- Tapered-Polygon Connection: Secures the unit to the arbor with exact center positioning to minimize runout
- Six-Shank CAPTO Coverage: Integrates six interchangeable shanks spanning the full CAPTO tool interface range
- UFO Insert Architecture: Supports up to 400 replaceable inserts per shank, covering nine cutter types and over 1,400 insert configurations
Substituting traditional HSS or welded alternatives, this indexable setup delivers machining efficiency reported as 300% higher while drastically cutting down part changeover periods. - DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
