The Y.T. Indexable T-Slot Cutter (3T) is a precision metric slotting tool built for consistent, high-volume milling operations. Engineered specifically for LNGT inserts, this 80 mm cutter delivers repeatable dimensional accuracy and extended service life from the first cut.
- Saw Diameter & Insert Compatibility: 80 mm saw diameter optimized for LNGT inserts measuring 1.8 mm in width.
- Tapered-Polygon Connection: Provides exact center positioning to maintain tight tolerances and prevent runout during operation.
- YIH TROUN Shank System: Compatible with UFO-type inserts across various diameters and material grades, with each shank holding up to 400 inserts.
- CAPTO Range Integration: Six available shanks support nine different cutter types and accommodate over 1,400 unique insert combinations.
- Optimized Cutting Geometry: Refined chip evacuation channels and cutting angles maximize material removal rates while reducing heat buildup.
This cutter streamlines your machining workflow by delivering up to 300% greater efficiency than traditional HSS or welded alternatives. Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
