The Y.T. Indexable T-Slot Cutter (3TS) delivers precise metric T-slot milling with an 80 mm saw diameter and compatible SNGX/SNGW 7 mm inserts. Its tapered-polygon connection ensures accurate center positioning, making it a reliable choice for CNC machining operations.
- Cutting Capacity: 80 mm saw diameter engineered for stable, wide-cut T-slot milling.
- Insert Standard: Compatible with SNGX and SNGW UFO inserts measuring 7 mm in width.
- Tapered-Polygon Interface: Delivers repeatable center positioning and secure clamping for improved accuracy.
- CAPTO Shank Compatibility: Utilizes six shanks across the complete CAPTO series, with each shank holding up to 400 inserts.
- Flexible Configuration: Supports nine cutting geometries and integrates a library of over 1,400 interchangeable UFO inserts.
- Advanced Chip Control: Optimized cutting angle and fluting promote efficient material removal and reduce built-up edge.
The indexable platform removes unnecessary wear costs by allowing you to replace individual inserts rather than discarding solid HSS or welded tools. Switching between jobs takes seconds using the CAPTO quick-change system, which cuts setup time and eliminates tool hunting on the shop floor. Consistent insert alignment preserves tight dimensional tolerances across high-volume production runs, while the improved cutting geometry handles significantly more machining passes per hour than conventional alternatives.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £5.90 (FREE on orders over £50 ex VAT*). Order before 4:30pm for next day delivery. No signature required.
- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
