Built for production floors that demand repeatable tolerances and fast setup, this 80 mm blade pairs directly with SNGX and SNGW inserts to streamline T-slot generation across diverse workpiece materials.
- Cutting Dimensions: 80 mm saw diameter paired with a 10 mm insert width for standardized metric T-slot profiles.
- Insert Compatibility: Accepts SNGX and SNGW geometry within the UFO family of indexable cemented carbide inserts.
- Connection Design: UFO tapered-polygon interface provides accurate center positioning and secure mechanical locking under heavy cutting loads.
- Shank Capacity: Each YIH TROUN T-slot shank holds up to 400 configurable UFO inserts across multiple thicknesses and substrate grades.
- System Coverage: Six shanks span the complete CAPTO range, supporting nine cutter configurations and compatibility with over 1,400 insert combinations.

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
