The Y.T. 3TS indexable T-slot cutter is a metric precision tool designed for efficient pocketing and slotting operations. Engineered to hold 10 mm wide SNGX and SNGW inserts, it provides stable material removal while streamlining tool changes through a standardized mounting interface.
- Saw Diameter: 60 mm metric body built for robust cutting capacity and versatile slot geometries.
- Insert Compatibility: Accepts standard SNGX and SNGW indexable inserts with a 10 mm effective cutting width.
- Tapered-Polygon Connection: Delivers rigid clamping with precise center positioning to eliminate runout and maintain cut accuracy.
- Machining Efficiency: Optimized rake angles and strategic chip clearance channels enable up to 300% higher feed rates compared to conventional solid HSS or brazed cutters.
- Modular Shank Interface: Compatible with YIH TROUN shanks and the full CAPTO interface range, supporting flexible multi-tool setups and access to thousands of insert grades.
This cutter reduces cycle times and extends operational life by stabilizing chip flow and balancing cutting forces during heavy pocketing. The modular shank architecture allows machine shops to consolidate inventory, quickly swap components between machines, and maintain tight dimensional tolerances across high-volume production runs without dedicating excess floor space to single-purpose tools.

Yes! We offer Free Next Day delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24 on all orders over £50 ex VAT*. We also offer Free DPD Local Next Day delivery on all orders over £100 ex VAT*.
We also offer the following:

- DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
