The Y.T. Indexable T-Slot Cutter (3TS2550-8.0) is a precision milling solution designed for SNGX/SNGW inserts with an 8 mm width, featuring a 60 mm saw diameter for stable, reliable T-slot machining.
- Diameter: 60 mm saw diameter for robust engagement and consistent chip removal.
- Insert compatibility: Optimized for SNGX/SNGW inserts with an 8.0 mm insert width (3TS2550-8.0).
- Connection design: Unique tapered-polygon connection ensures precise center positioning, enhancing machining accuracy and extending tool life.
- Shank ecosystem: UFO-type insert compatibility with six shanks covering the entire CAPTO range, enabling nine different cutter types.
- Insert capacity: Each shank supports up to 400 UFO inserts, with a system that accommodates over 1,400 UFO inserts in total.
- Performance: Optimized cutting angle and chip removal design deliver machining efficiency up to 300% greater than traditional HSS or welded T-slot cutters.
- Maintenance and replacement: Simple connection and convenient replacement solution for quick tool changes.
The combination of a tapered-polygon connection and a broad UFO insert ecosystem provides precise center positioning, improved process stability, and long tool life. - DPD Local Next Day — £8.00 (FREE on orders over £100 ex VAT*). Standard next day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery — £12.50. Guaranteed delivery before 1pm the next working day.
- DPD Saturday Delivery — £25.00. Must be ordered on Friday before 4pm. Pre-12pm delivery.
