Dormer Pramet R458 5.10 mm CARBIDE TIALN FORCE-X STEPPED SHANK SHORT SERIES (X3D) DRILL DIN 6537 K

The Dormer Pramet R458 5.10 mm carbide drill is built for professionals who demand reliable, high-precision holes across a range of common metals. With a 140-degree four-facet split point, it self-centers as it starts, reducing wandering and the push force required to begin a hole. The TiAlN coating enhances tool life and performance when drilling harder materials, while the carbide body handles steel, aluminium, and stainless steel with consistent results. Designed with a FORCE-X stepped short shank and DIN 6537 K compatibility, this drill is ready for compact setups and busy workshops.

• Self-centering 140° four-facet point: Ensures clean hole starts, minimizes wandering, and reduces effort at the drill tip for quicker, more reliable hole initiation.
• TiAlN coating for longer life: The Titanium Aluminium Nitride coating reduces wear, extends tool life, and supports higher cutting speeds when drilling harder materials such as stainless steel.
• FORCE-X short shank with CTW flute design: Provides improved rigidity and strength in tight setups, plus optimized flute geometry for faster feeds and better chip evacuation at higher speeds.

This drill delivers precise, repeatable results with h9 hole tolerance in a wide range of metals, helping you speed production, reduce downtime, and achieve high-quality finishes with every hole.
